Here’s a commission I had for a round terracotta dish. It had to fit in to this metal frame. The original came from eastern europe. The original clay part was made of some of the grittiest coarsest clay I’ve ever seen - and it was unfired! Anyhow, I made this replacement and let it dry slowly so as to keep it flat.
